The price includes the specified number of contents pages, additional pages are chargeable on the current page rate of The Magic Studio.

The price includes terms and conditions documents, which are offered without any guarantee and The Magic Studio accepts no responsibility for any losses, however caused.

Additional functionality such as order forms, e-commerce, transaction handling, enhanced security, chat rooms, password protection, animation, video and database handling are available but not included in the fixed price.

The Magic Studio reserves the right to refuse to produce any website when it has viewed the proposed content if it objects to that content in any way.

The client takes responsibility for the quality of the supplied content and asserts their right to use any supplied copy or images. The client indemnifies The Magic Studio against any claims for damges or copyright infingement arising from the supplied material.

The client has fulll ownership of their site and the material upon final payment.

Registration of domain names last for two years. Hosting fees are payable annually, currently this costs from £39.95 per year. Clients are not tied to any particular hosting service,
